whats the max for travel? cuz i want to switch out my frame and i need to know if i switch from a bighit spec am i gonna get more out of this one? and thats a really really nice frame but what happened with ur swingarm man? looks a lil beat up

Thats beautiful and the condition is perfect but its probably 05-06 i know its a small but im 5'8" would it be a good fit for me?
